A pickle.

I have had my baby bedding picked out for about a year and a half now. It is unisex, and I have never found anything else I liked as much as I do this set. Every few months, I look it up again, and debate ordering it. On the one hand, I would be so disappointed if we do finally get pregnant, and it was no longer available. On the other hand, I feel a little bit ridiculous ordering baby things when we are nowhere near pregnant. And what about those disappointing days when AF is on her way? Those boxes will be there in the closet, mocking me...
But I really do love it...

  1. I don't have any good advice, because I often find myself wanting to buy baby things too, especially when it's something really unique that I love. You just need to do whatever makes you most happy and don't worry about what other people might think. Infertility robs us of so many pleasures and joys in life. If buying the bedding will make you happy and warm your heart...then go for it!

I really enjoyed reading your post and your debate about whether or not to order the bed spread. If you feel like ordering it then order it! I don't think there is anything weird about it at all.
