Drunk Drivers

My cousin was killed by a drunk driver last week. I think that driver should have been forced to go to the funeral. Go and see pictures of him and his wife, and his 3 beautiful children. I'm sure he feels terrible- at least I would hope so. But I think they should go to put a face to their victim- to see the hole he has created that will never be filled.
I have to admit something. If something like this happened to me, I'm not sure I would be one of those forgiving people. I think I would be very, very angry.

    I'm so sorry about your cousin. There is absolutely no excuse for drunk driving. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers.

    I think that unfortunate drunk driver will see the face to the victim. Have there been criminal charges pressed against them yet? Your family can also file a civil lawsuit against the drunk driver for monetary damages as well. I'm so sorry your family has to go through this. =(

    I am so sorry for your loss. How terrible. It does make you wonder how that drunk driver will ever live with the guilt, or if he'll feel any guilt at all...
